Maintenance Overview

Aurora Jet Partners is capable of looking after all of the maintenance work on your jet, from pre- and post-flight work to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Whether the work is performed at one of our locations or we dispatch our maintenance engineers to work on your site, we will ensure your aircraft is airworthy and ready to fly on your schedule.

We are the most experienced Phenom operators and maintainers in Canada for the Phenom 100 and 300 aircraft series. We have over seven years and 10,000 flight hours behind us with continued operations to destinations throughout North and Central America.

Approved Maintenance Organization

Aurora Jet Partners is an ISBAO and Transport Canada-approved Aircraft Maintenance Organization (AMO). Being an AMO enables us to have your aircraft on both our private and commercial operating certificates. This will allow you to maximize your aircraft investment by opening it up to revenue from charter flights sold by our charter sales team, as well as revenue from interchange flights within our fleet, if desired.

Our team of highly experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AMEs) can perform all levels of maintenance on business jet aircraft, from pre-flight line maintenance to heavy scheduled maintenance on multiple aircraft types.

Our maintenance offering includes the following:

  • Full commercially approved AMO
  • Rapid-response AOG and line support
  • Fully approved SMS and quality assurance system
  • Specialized structures rated within the AMO
  • In-house avionics services
  • ARGUS, IS-BAO & Transport Canada Audited

Embraer Phenom Service Centre

Aurora Jet Partners was the first company in Canada to offer the Embraer Phenom 100 and 300 series.

In 2012, Aurora officially opened its newly constructed multi-million dollar four-bay hangar and office complex at the Edmonton International Airport. That same year, Embraer selected Aurora as an authorized service centre to provide base maintenance on both series of Phenom aircraft.

Our team of AMEs are factory trained and will ensure your aircraft is maintained to the manufacturer’s highest standards. Our team’s knowledge of the aircraft manuals and any related modifications is at a level of proficiency and expertise that parallels and oftentimes exceeds that of the manufacturer.

Our commitment to your safety is paramount and is backed by our company-wide Safety Management System. This SMS ensures that all employees identify, correct, track, and report safety concerns or potential risks long before they have any potential for hazard.

Your decision to purchase Phenom maintenance services in Canadian dollars will set new standards for value, ensuring you are always getting the most from your aircraft investment.

AOG Support

AOG (Aircraft On Ground) support is a major aspect of our service offering. With an established and extensive alliance network, we can provide efficient and seamless resolution of all maintenance issues and events. Our AMEs can be quickly positioned on site to deal with grounded aircraft, or we can supply parts or tools on a purchase or loan basis. If a recovery solution is needed, our Jetdesk has the ability to react quickly and effectively to assist with positioning of backup aircraft to operate the recovery flight.
